What do you need ?

  • 2 packs of spaghetti
  • 100g of fresh or canned artichokes
  • 100 g of fresh mushrooms
  • 100 g of diced and pealed tomatoes
  • 50 g of green or black olives
  • 50 g of cheese, Emmental or Mozzarella (grated)
  • Olive oil, salt & pepper  to taste
  • A pair of cooking gloves

How to master your Pizza Pasta ? (20min)

  • Precook your spaghetti –> half cooked
    • Add 2, 3 drops of olive oil
  • Pan, sizzle your vegetables for 5 minutes (except for the olives don’t cook them)
  • Butter your favorite round mould and then spread some flower

How to Roll and Bake ? (20 – 25min)

  • Preheat your oven at 180C
  • Wear gloves, take a bouquet of pasta in your hands and start from inside –> outside, displaying them in circle, until you reach the border
  • Add all sizzled vegetables
  • Bake for 10min then add olives and finish with another 2/3 drops of olive oil and cheese
  • Add salt & Pepper to taste
