What do you need ?
- 2 packs of spaghetti
- 100g of fresh or canned artichokes
- 100 g of fresh mushrooms
- 100 g of diced and pealed tomatoes
- 50 g of green or black olives
- 50 g of cheese, Emmental or Mozzarella (grated)
- Olive oil, salt & pepper to taste
- A pair of cooking gloves
How to master your Pizza Pasta ? (20min)
- Precook your spaghetti –> half cooked
- Add 2, 3 drops of olive oil
- Pan, sizzle your vegetables for 5 minutes (except for the olives don’t cook them)
- Butter your favorite round mould and then spread some flower
How to Roll and Bake ? (20 – 25min)
- Preheat your oven at 180C
- Wear gloves, take a bouquet of pasta in your hands and start from inside –> outside, displaying them in circle, until you reach the border
- Add all sizzled vegetables
- Bake for 10min then add olives and finish with another 2/3 drops of olive oil and cheese
- Add salt & Pepper to taste
